Please note:
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
- The product must show normal handling; damage caused by careless use is not eligible for return.
- Products requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- Returns will be processed within 7 working days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
Important:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order?
If your return meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to:
- Include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Full name (first and last name)
- Customer address
After receiving your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Important:
- Do not send returns to the sender’s address.
- Always wait for confirmation and the correct return address from us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you, not the carrier) receive the goods.
Important Notice About Order Processing
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- Refunds before delivery are not possible
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us Eleanor & Rose Leeds with a clear statement (e.g. via email).
The withdrawal is considered complete once:
- We receive the returned goods
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Goods in Transit
If your order is already on its way (e.g. shipped from Asia):
- Cancellation is not possible at that stage
- You must wait until delivery and then return the item
You may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To ensure faster processing, we recommend sending us proof of shipment.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
- We will refund all payments received from you
- Delivery costs are not refunded, unless required by law
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after:
- We receive your returned goods, and
- We are notified of your withdrawal
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
